Returns & Exchanges
At ARTIQUE AMSTERDAM, we understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, and you may wish to make a return or exchange. No worries, our return policy is designed to streamline the process for you, ensuring that items are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
To kickstart the return process, simply reach out to us via email at info@artique-amsterdam.com or through our contact form. We'll provide you with the necessary Return Form to include with your returned item(s). Once we've received your returned item(s) along with the Return Form, we'll promptly process a full refund using the original payment method*.
It's important to note that the 14-day return window begins from the date you receive your entire order. Unfortunately, any returns initiated after this period won't be accepted, and you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, just like with a return. Additionally, your returned item must arrive at ARTIQUE AMSTERDAM from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. If we do not receive your return within the 14-day period, we can only offer to send it back to you (at your cost) as refunds won't be available after this timeframe.

Refunds
Once we have your return in hand, we'll send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Sale items *
For items purchased during the sale, ARTIQUE AMSTERDAM does not offer refunds on returns. Instead, these items can be exchanged for other products or converted into store credit.
Rejected Returns
Returns may hit a snag if they don't meet our return policy criteria, such as items not being in their original condition, being worn, or being returned after the 14-day window. Additionally, if we detect scents of perfumes, washing soap, or any other indication that the item has been worn and is no longer in its original state, it won't make the cut. If your return falls into this category, we'll inform you promptly. While we can send the item back to you, please note that you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is nowhere to be found, first check your bank account and then get in touch with your credit card company or bank. If you still need help, drop us a line at info@artique-amsterdam.com, and we'll investigate further.
Exchanges
Looking to swap for a different size or color? No problem! Just place a new order. If the item you want is out of stock, shoot us an email, and our support team will assist you.
Defects
We're sorry if your purchase arrived damaged. Contact us at info@artique-amsterdam.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll sort it out ASAP.
Gifts with Purchase
At ARTIQUE AMSTERDAM, we love showing appreciation to our customers. That's why we offer complimentary gifts when you reach a certain spending threshold. For instance, when your order total exceeds €250,-, you'll receive a free Signature Tote Bag as our way of saying thank you.
However, we want to ensure that these gifts are received by those who genuinely support us. Therefore, if you happen to return items from your order, resulting in the total falling below €250,-, we'll deduct the cost of the Signature Tote Bag from your refund.
If you are already planning to return certain products and thus fall below the €200 threshold, we recommend that you remove the Signature Tote Bag from your cart beforehand, unless you wish to keep the bag and don't mind paying for it. This way, you avoid disappointments and unnecessary costs when returning items.
